"I had the worst experience with them. I did car insurance policy for me and my daughter and when we had a car accident they “Refused” to send me the policy details!!! Just one page !!! And refused to let me talk to the manager!! Maybe he knows that and he also refused to speak to clients!!! State Farm and this agency are really bad"
"Hi Dima, I'm so sorry you felt the need to post publicly about this. To clarify, we did not "refuse" to send anything, we emailed your coverages to you multiple times after you called and asked for them multiple times. Yes, your policy is only 1-2 pages which tells you what coverages you have and that is what we sent you. You spoke with Christian, Hope and Robyn (manager). Also, I didn't "refuse" to speak with you, I just wasn't available at the specific time you called. Since then, we have called you and left a voicemail but have not received a response. If you'd like to discuss further, please give the office a call. Unfortunately, the policy coverages you chose are considered a "basic" policy and it does exclude some very important coverages. Caitlyn and myself spoke with you multiple times in August when you got this policy and did explain the importance of having more coverage but as you explained to us, your budget is very tight and it was important to you to save money right now. I completely understand wanting to save money on insurance but unfortunately, when you have an accident and you don't have that coverage, it's a very difficult conversation to have with our customers. It is VERY important to me as a small business owner that we take EXCEPTIONAL care of our Customers each and every time. I completely understand that you are frustrated about your car accident but posting a negative review publicly about us isn't fair to us. We have treated you fairly, explained the coverage you chose in detail back in August and explained it again following your car accident. If I could change the outcome for your accident, I would but unfortunately I cannot. I sincerely appreciate your trust and your business and am always here to help you. I am sorry you are going through a stressful and difficult time right now. Please call or email me with anything I can help with."

"I was out of town for a funeral last minute using Priceline and its package deal For flight and car rental. NU car rental in Charlotte NC being driven offsite from the airport, coming to a building and put in a glass room with a screen and several Virtual devices. Not any person on site other than the driver of the shuttles on drops and is off to airport making rounds and gentlemen delivering said car. I called my agent, getting a call back within the hour and emailing the company direct was quite pleasant. was my agent, Going to task for me!"

"If I could give a negative review I'd would WITHOUT hesitation. This is the worst company ever!. Firstly, my monthly payments were increased without notice & when I contacted them to find out why, I got ignored. Secondly, I've canceled my service with them before the next cycle start & paid that monthly cycle approximately two & half weeks before, if not earlier. I asked for a full refund & received less than half my monthly payment in the mail (monthly $535 & received $140). Mind you, I WAS NOT using their insurance for that month I've paid ahead of time (they claimed that they couldn't cancel my service without me having another insurance, so I did just that). I've sent multiple emails & called multiple times. Some of my calls were answered, while others were ignored until I used another cell phone & my emails were NEVER replied. They enjoy ignoring their customers & STEALING MONEY. STATE FARM IS A SCAM...."
