"Hi Jean, I am so sorry you feel this way about our Claims Department and our Office. Unfortunately, we've had a similar experience with you! Several times in the past few months, you've called our Office and spoken to our Team inappropriately, rudely and even called us liars. Each call, we have taken the time to explain to you that to keep certain discounts, you must provide us with documentation or your rate changed due to claims that you've had. We did this each time with professionalism and courtesy. If you prefer to speak inappropriately to other people even when they are trying to help you, please call GEICO or Progressive. Please know that it is never our intention to provide poor service or upset our customers in any way. At the same time, we do ask that you treat us with respect. And when something goes wrong that was our fault, we own it and immediately work to fix it! Regarding your claim, you may consider calling the Claims Department back and asking them to review how much they paid you. If you can provide documentation that your vehicle is worth more than they say, they may honor it. I've personally seen this a number of times! Thank you for your feedback, Jean. My Team and I will review internally how we may learn from this to provide better customer service to our customers going forward."
